When running a case I receive a warning message “WARNING: There are stl files with .STL extension, please use .stl!”. I’ve downloaded Meshlab to resave the files but the extension remains STL. Is there a way to change the extension to lower case or can Mantiumflow work with upper case STL? I believe this issue was raised a few years ago and a change made to Mantiumflow to accommodate uppercase STL.

Yes, this was once ”fixed”. MFlow can easily deal with it but OpenFOAM cannot. That is why it once looked fixed but in the end was not. You can simply rename the files in your file explorer. In Windows you might have to activate something called ”show file extensions”.
