Hello, 
I have attached the openfoam log files and the MantiumFlow log files, together as a zip file: https://wormhole.app/QWjdPL#txWLoVFO0530JbuJ0vppgw
I have sometimes encountered an error where the case file fails to load, on the windows version. 
I have also tried to install MantiumFlow on an ubuntu VM, and the case file doesn’t even load into MantiumFlow on the linux version.

OK, so I might know what is going on. To confirm, I also need the mesh.log and the runCase file. I am pretty sure with them, I can tell you what the issue is.
